2. Alternative: Apply After the Viewing
- If you choose not to get pre-approved before viewing, you may
request an application after your tour if you wish to move forward.
- You will then receive the ezLandlord application email and must pay the
$29.95 fee per adult at that time.
3. Application Review & Approval
- Once your application is reviewed, we will notify you of your status.
- If approved, we will discuss and finalize the rental terms and
conditions.
4. Lease Agreement
- You will receive a digital rental agreement via ezLandlord to review and
sign.
5. Utility Transfer
- Once the rental agreement is fully executed, you must transfer all
utilities into your name, effective on the first day of your lease.
6. Deposit & Move-In
- You will receive the keys and possession of the property once we
receive:
1. Proof of the utility transfer.
2. The full security deposit.
7. Payment Method
- Please note that all deposits and ongoing monthly rental payments must be made securely via ZELLE.
